HYPERCLAD – RAZR

Exclusively thin wear plate where thickness on the application is  is a limitation and one if forced to use Quench & Tempered plate. Well no more.  HYPERCLAD – RAZR  is offered in thickness as low as 3+3 mm. HyperCLAD RAZR extra thin CCO Plate is manufactured using a sophisticated computer controlled system that deposits a highly abrasive resistant chromium carbide overlay on a steel substrate as low as 3 mm producing consistent chemistry and microstructure.

VARIHARD FLEXIBLE TC CORD

VARIHARD Flexible TC Cord is a high-performance anti-wear product in the form of a nickel core flexible rod coated with an elastic binder containing both Fused Tungsten Carbide (FTC) and self fluxing Ni alloy powder developed for oxyacetylene brazing or Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) welding. 

Performance has been enhanced using step-gradation of TC used thereby more carbides in less space. The superior binder leads to reduction in fume odour, no splashing and better fluidity.

VARIHARD STEELCASE TC ROD

VARIHARD SteelCase TC Rod     is a high-performance anti-wear product in the form of tungsten carbides  as the hard phase in an innovative  steelcase offering very high wear resistance at optimised cost. The next level in wear resistance, CONCLAD FlexTeX is an exceptional process that uses  tungsten carbide and a nickel brazing alloy in the form of “cloth” to make cladding complex shapes possible. DECANTER CENTRIFUGE 

WEAR SOLUTIONS

A Decanter Centrifuge separates solid materials from liquids in one single continuous process using centrifugal forces that can be well beyond 3000 times greater than gravity. Under high centrifugal forces, the denser solid particles are pressed outwards against the rotating bowl wall causing EXTREME SLIDING  ABRASION on the outer edges of the conveyor flights.
